The most common reason for the installation file failing are:
Corrupted install file: Re-download the install file
Insufficient user privileges: Login with a user that has full administrator rights
Operating system not supported: Check product descriptions for supported operating systems

Why do I get a warning that Windows.Net is not installed?

Sections of the program require the Microsoft.Net architecture to run. Microsoft.Net can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. It is also available through the Windows Update feature.

How do I shift Multi-SWAC to a new computer?

Multi-SWAC needs to be unregistered via Help > Unregister Program.

Uninstall Multi-SWAC.

Install Multi-SWAC onto the new computer. Can download the latest version from this website.

Register the new installation of Multi-SWAC using your existing Rego ID and e-mail address.
